Your role focuses on ensuring that construction activities are delivered safely, on time, on quality, and in line with regulatory and operational constraints, while integrating sustainability requirements into the execution phase. You act as a key interface between engineering teams, contractors, site personnel, and internal stakeholders, and regularly report progress to senior management.

Key responsibilities -

  • Ensure construction activities respect life sciences regulatory constraints (GMP/GxP environments, cleanrooms, classified areas, controlled utilities)
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, maintenance, validation, and operations teams to ensure constructability and operational continuity
  • Support contract management by identifying deviations, claims, and technical issues impacting execution
  • Contribute to the implementation of sustainability measures during construction, including:
    • energy-efficient execution practices,
    • waste reduction and circular material use,
    • low carbon construction methods and site logistics,
    • alignment with environmental and ESG objectives
  • Participate in site meetings with contractors, suppliers, and third parties; prepare progress reporting for management
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, operationally fit facilities, ready for commissioning and validation

What you will bring -
