Job summary
As Project Engineer you will be responsible for managing new industrial projects: feasibility study, industrial drawings, specifications, implementation and monitoring of planning, budget, site supervision, right through to full commissioning and operator training. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your experience in process engineering will guide the project development, streamline operations, and optimize processes to meet the company's strategic goals.
What you will do -
- Collect and critically analyze internal requirements for new investments, taking into account the opinions of all necessary stakeholders (e.g. production engineers, safety and quality manager).
- Carry out calls for tender and supplier selection in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical direction and guidance on process engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing systems, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards throughout the project.
- Continuously monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
